Mônica Aragon (M.Sc.)

Mônica holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from Instituto Militar de Engenharia (IME), Rio de Janeiro, and a Mathematics degree from the Fluminense Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Mônica also holds Post-graduation Specializations (Lato Sensu) on E-Learnning Planning, Implementation and Management (UAB/UFF); and on E-Learning Instructional Design (FACEL/PR).

Mônica Aragon has vast experience in research projects management and administration in the areas of Information Communication Technology and Applied Social Sciences. Since 2001 she has been acting as President of the research institute ILTC –  Institute of Logic and Theory of Science, in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, where she has been involved in various projects with multiple Brazilian universities; big and small industrial partners; as well as with some international organizations.

Mônica Aragon supports REACH as Application Consultant for research projects in Brazil and in Latin America, via the research institute ILTC.
